Beef With Peppers

Do you love to experiment with different Indian foods from different ethnicities and cultures? If Yes, then this Indian recipe is for you. Now you will learn how to prepare one of the famous non-vegetarian recipes, Beef with Peppers

Get started with following ingredients:

250 grams beef fillet
Three slices fresh roof ginger, cut into slivers
One spring onion, sliced
One small chilli, seeded and sliced
Two small red or green peppers, seeded and sliced
One teaspoon of sugar

For the marinade
Three-tablespoon Soya sauce
Two-teaspoon white wine
Three-teaspoon corn flour
Four-tablespoon oil

Trim any fat from the beef and then cut the meat into thin strips about 1 inch long. Mix the 10y sauce, wine and corn flour with one-tablespoon oil and one-teaspoon water in a shallow dish. Stir in the beef, cover and leave to marinate for one hour.

Heat the remaining oil in a wok or frying pan. Add the beef and fry over high flame for 15 seconds. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon and keep aside. Now add the ginger, onion and chili and fry for a few seconds. Add the peppers and fry for 2 minutes. Return the beef to the pan. Add the salt and sugar and fry for a few minutes more until the meat is tender and well cooked.
